The
Strengthening Families Program
is a family skills intervention involving not just
parents or children but the whole family. This
program is evidence-based family skills training
program designed to increase resilience and reduce
risk factors for behavioral, emotional, academic and
social problems. SFP builds on protective factors by
improving family relationships, parenting skills,
and youth’s social skills. Classes for participants
are family oriented and child centered in hopes of
redirecting delinquent behavior.
